I received a complimentary upgrade to a suite . The room was spacious and well kept. The hotel's location allows convenient access to nearby transportation and shopping options. Staff members were consistently helpful and polite throughout the hotel.

The shower height caused water to splash across the floor, a minor inconvenience.

I stayed in a beautiful suite two-bedroom. there was a refrigerator available. breakfast had good variety. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection.

The fitness center needed updating. Some equipment was out of service.

the location was acceptable. the train stations and terminal 21 are nearby.

The room felt dated. the interiors seemed like they hadn't been updated in years. the hallway lights were dim. it felt a bit scary even during the day.

the location near the bts station was great. i also found the pool very nice. the area was relaxing after a day of sightseeing. the jacuzzi was a wonderful way to unwind.

convenient location spacious room varied food extra blanket tv options essential cooking tools

the location is very convenient near the bts and mrt stations. the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. the buffet breakfast had many food choices.

the hotel wanted to charge for an extra blanket i bought one instead. the tv had limited options and i could not connect my streaming stick. the kitchenette lacked essential cooking tools i had to buy them.
