The rooftop bar had a great view! The pool was also on the roof. I liked that the hotel was very close to the local shopping area. I found a large Lotus Market with a food corner there.
The water was barely warm. Luckily, I only stayed one night.

the rooftop pool is amazing. it needs seeing!!! the hotel rooms are white. they include a sink in the middle of the room.
the tvs are useless. they are locked by the hotel, so i could not access my subscriptions.

staff helped with bags immediately upon arrival i did not carry heavy bags. staff delivered bags directly to my room after check-in. the food selection included some western options i recognized.

the staff was helpful. they assisted with directions and luggage storage.
The room layout was quite strange. the sink was located in the middle of the room with very little counter space. the toilet was in a tiny cubicle. It felt very cramped and lacked privacy. this setup was far from ideal and detracted from the overall experience.

the breakfast was really tasty. it had a great variety of options. the rooftop pool offered a nice city view. the staff members was friendly too.
the tvs are useless because they are locked by the hotel. i couldn't access my paid subscriptions like netflix. the toilet room felt very cramped. i couldn't sit down without my knees hitting the door.

the location was acceptable, and the room had a dyson hairdryer.
Check-in took TOO long, especially since i completed it online beforehand. breakfast was subpar. The bacon was NEVER crispy. i was denied a late check-out, which i should have received as a melia gold member. This was very inconvenient.
