the staff were very friendly and accommodating to my needs. breakfast included all the regular dishes with some additional indian options like idly and upma. i found free parking, helpful for exploring the area.

the bathroom had very few toiletries.

the location was fantastic, especially to visit the attractions. the hotel provided free rides to the attractions on yas island, a very helpful service. all staffs were really kind and very helpful to me.

i didn't like the room had a strange odor. the air conditioning system made some noise. the curtains had some tears.

the hotel has a good shuttle service to travel around. the staff were very helpful. yas beach access was a bonus, walkable distance. i used partner hotel facilities (next door). the breakfast had many options, and the staff were particularly helpful.

I experienced a minor noise issue. Sounds from the hallway, like doors closing and early morning cleaning, were audible in the room.

the staff showed friendliness. mr sabri and mr mohammed were helpful at the front desk. the location proves convenient. it sat close to tourist spots.

arrival included initial assignment to an incorrect room. it took some time to resolve this issue. the pool music continued until 2 am some nights. i could hear it even with the air conditioning running.
