the check-in process was smooth and efficient. i requested additional covers and pillows and the staff responded promptly with attentiveness. i was allowed a late check-out around 2:30 pm and it gave us time to unwind. i mentioned routine housekeeping checks in the bathroom drains and they offered to send a staff quickly.
i was asking for a one week extending offer and they promised to send it , but they did not.

A Decent Stay with Some Issues

The location proved convenient. I liked how close it was to several attractions. The staff, especially in the restaurant, gave good service. Mrs Htoo was particularly helpful and attentive.
My first impression wasn't the best. The man at reception seemed disrespectful to me. He ignored my request for a non-smoking room. His behavior was arrogant. The manager never contacted me to apologize, a point of concern.

The breakfast buffet featured many options. I tried delicious dishes each morning. The hotel location was convenient for transport. The apartment size felt enormous for one person. I appreciated the space.
The hotel is NEXT to a busy road, so some noise was audible at times.
