Solid Choice for My Visit

quick check-in complimentary water

i found the check-in to be very quick. my room had a comfortable double bed and was serviced every day (which i appreciate). Complimentary water was a nice touch.

i noticed the carpets in the rooms and corridors seemed quite old. The access system was also a little difficult to use. The room keys sometimes did not work well in the lifts.

Convenient Stay in City Center

helpful staff clean room

The hotel is a short walk to the metro and located near a supermarket. My room was very clean and had all needed facilities including an iron. The staff were very kind and helpful .

The basement parking was disabled when I arrived. I found it difficult to find parking nearby. The food menu seemed overpriced for the city center location with so many nearby restaurants.

The front office staff were cute and helpful during check-in and check-out. Restaurant staff were attentive and quick to fulfil guests' needs during peak hours. The service was consistent and prompt overall.

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The temperature control worked effectively with simple controls. The room was cleaned daily and sheets were changed regularly .

The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section. High-speed internet was available throughout the hotel at no extra charge.

central location professional staff reliable wifi clean room

the location proved beneficial, being close to various restaurants and supermarkets. the reception staff acted professional and cute. i found the wifi service reliable and efficient. my room maintained a commendable level of cleanliness throughout my stay.

i noticed the gym only had a limited selection of equipment, specifically three treadmills.
