Really good Amenities and Design
quality spa efficient valet delicious food
the spa and gym featured high quality equipment I found quite useful. the valet service was efficient and secure parking was available on site. the room service was prompt and the food from the restaurants was delicious.
the jacuzzi was unavailable I was not notified in advance about this issue.

amazing food thoughtful staff private hotel
I found the restaurant food amazing and the staff thoughtful. They even left a gift in the room upon arrival. The spa was included in the room price (very nice). The hotel felt quiet and private, too.
The air conditioning could be improved, as it struggled a little with the hotter temperatures.

really good stay in a Beautiful setting
amazing service attentive waiter suite upgrade rooftop view
the staff provided amazing service making the experience great. i especially appreciate the attentiveness of the waiter during dinner. the hotel upgraded my friends and i to suites which was a welcome surprise. the rooftop bar provided a wonderful view of the town and martell distillery.
the air conditioning did not seem to be working in the public areas .

The rooms include well-equipped amenities . our garden room offered convenient access and provided a relaxing ambiance with its thoughtful layout and decor. This room added to a nice stay.

I found excellent food at the distillerie restaurant where i ate al fresco one evening. Breakfast was served inside. i unfortunately booked too late to visit 'les foudres' though its menu looked amazing.

Really good Stay
well-equipped room rooftop bar great food
The room (a Beautiful Room) was well-equipped. The rooftop bar offered views of the area. I enjoyed dining at the Distillerie restaurant, eating outdoors. The food tasted great.
The air conditioning could have been better in public areas. It wasn't working as well as it should.

The room included amenities such as high-speed internet and a minibar stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks. there was a turndown service each evening. The bed offered premium bedding and a selection of pillows for enhanced comfort, and the room had blackout curtains. I slept well.

The breakfast selection included a range of options, from pastries to cooked dishes (I especially liked the eggs benedict). I noticed there was a sommelier available to assist with wine pairings at La Distillerie. Les Foudres offered an excellent menu.

The staff was attentive and quick to respond to requests throughout the hotel (from the front desk to the restaurant staff). The hotel provided assistance with arranging transportation. the concierge offered recommendations for nearby attractions. Parking was easy and convenient.
