I liked the separate toilet from the bathroom it was useful. the front desk was staffed at all times. It was very helpful. the hotel stored luggage before check in, that was awesome. i easily walked to many attractions including the eiffel tower.
the wifi connection in the room was not good, so using internet on my phone was only option.

the front reception person gave amazing service throughout the stay. staff were adaptable and gave me a chair for bathtub use. they arranged taxis when needed to go around.

the hotel has a nice breakfast, it was very reasonably priced. the breakfast room was nice, made breakfast enjoyable. the hotel had a lift, this made accessing all floors easier and quicker.

the location was excellent, most attractions were in walking distance. the hotel location is in a good upmarket area. it felt safe at the hotel and around the area. it was easy to navigate when walking.

the room decor was nice and very comfortable it had a french tone. the toilet was separate from the bathroom in the room. the room provided coffee and a coffee machine. the room was kept clean.

The front desk staff were helpful. I emailed ahead to ask about early luggage drop-off and received a warm reply! upon arrival around 10 a.m., they checked to see if my room was ready and checked me in immediately. I found this very efficient!

the staff provided quick assistance when i had questions. the neighborhood was very quiet (that's what i needed!). the hotel was close to grocery stores.
the toilet lacked ventilation. the bathroom also did not have ventilation. i found the furniture needed a refresh.
