The room was spacious and had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. I liked plentiful parking that this spot had. The bar area and restaurant were nice. Staff gave me a complimentary drink upon arrival. So cool!
The chlorine smell near the pool was just a little strong.

The leisure facilities included a warm larger pool, a shallow toddler pool, a jacuzzi, a steam room and a sauna. Changing rooms include vanity and shower facilities, i noticed this to be very convenient.

The staff are polite and go out of their way to help. Staff at the reception were friendly, I like this. I have no complaints about service here.

The breakfast included many choices that were great. The restaurant food was good, i ate there every night. The dining experience was excellent, you guys need to try it.

i found the hotel grounds beautiful. i enjoyed the cleanliness of the room, it was very pleasing. the onsite facilities were well-kept. i felt welcomed by the staff from arrival.
the car parking near the rooms felt a little limited and narrow, this was a minor inconvenience.

The building had some amazing architecture. I found the golf course to be beautiful. Breakfast offered a great buffet with a good variety of breads, egg dishes, and sausages. The location provides a peaceful escape.
The shower did leak onto the bathroom floor. It flooded the floor each time we showered. The fire alarm woke us up early in the morning, and then it happened again later. It was not ideal for a night away.

The room was very clean. I appreciated the excellent customer service as my item from the leisure club was sent home to me. The grounds were great.
The bathroom shower leaked everywhere , because the screen was useless. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. We waited 40 minutes for our food order at the restaurant.

the grounds were fine. i took great photos there, you know. breakfast was one of the best i had, it really was great, and the staff were friendly. i really liked that they put hot chocolate in the entrance, that's a cool touch.
the shower leaked a lot onto the bathroom floor. every time i had a shower, it flooded. i found the pool area quite depressing.
