the location was good it provided easy access to nearby amenities
the room i booked was not available when i arrived this was frustrating i was offered a smaller room as a replacement the alternative room lacked the features i expected i also noticed the cleanliness could have been improved there was dust on surfaces in the bathroom and the corners of the room

I found the breakfast to be quite good. There was a wide selection of food available. The spa area was lovely!!! I used it three times . The bar was cosy, and the barman was friendly. He provided excellent service.

The staff offered helpful recommendations. I particularly appreciated Colin, our transfer driver, and Sam at the bar, they made my evenings really enjoyable. The hotel is located well within the village. I will definitely book again next year because I appreciated its charm.
The spa was not included. I had to pay extra for access. The price seemed a LITTLE high.

The hotel features a bar with live music twice each week, a bonus. Guests also benefit from free use of the spa, an amenity that enhanced my stay after outdoor activities. Mad Wax Ski Hire operates in the basement providing convenient access to equipment.

Breakfast included a very good selection. A buffet combined with signature dishes made by the chef. I found the price affordable, providing excellent value. The culinary experience felt fresh and enjoyable each morning.

The staff were very cute and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. They ensured guests were comfortable and had everything required. Peter and Vicky especially stood out for providing really good care. VALERIA was always available to answer questions.

the staff was super helpful. breakfast had plenty of choices with traditional local pastries and cheeses.
the receptionist told us that the spa was suitable for children. my child slipped over on the very slippery floors. the spa area has very low level lighting. most of the jacuzzi jets weren't working.
