The hotel room was quite small. there was no shower head holder, so showering was challenging. portions at breakfast were also small. I think my toddler eats more.

the location is great breakfast was good. the receptionist was very helpful. i appreciated the good feel of the place it is close to the lifts.
the pool was cold i booked this hotel for the pool for the kids. they didn't like it because it was too cold. housekeeping could have been better rubbish wasn't taken out even when we bagged it up and kept everywhere tidy.

I found the location convenient. The ski buses were a short walk away. mountain views from the room were great each morning. breakfast included good coffee. I appreciated that.

ABSOLUTELY Wonderful Stay!

I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. They EVEN arranged a takeaway breakfast for my early flight. The hotel offers a NICE breakfast and a lovely bar. MY kids enjoyed the pool a lot.
The housekeeping COULD have been improved. The trash was not taken out, although it was placed in a bag.

The NEW bathroom includes a great balcony. My room was clean DAILY. I find COZY bedding provided in my room and I slept very WELL.

Breakfast was really quick and easy. The team provided excellent food for half board. The dinner was beautifully presented AND nutritious. I enjoyed the flavors there VERY much.
