The location was indeed really good, a stone's throw from charles bridge. breakfast offered a good array of choices. i found the staff polite, especially christina at reception. She answered all my questions with such kindness.

The location was very accessible to major attractions, acceptable.
My room door did not close properly. It felt unsafe. The staff was not interested in helping when I asked for an early breakfast, showing little interest. There was no soundproofing. I heard neighbors celebrating and could not sleep. Such joy.
