the breakfast was very good and the staff were helpful.
i was quite disappointed. the room was too hot. the centralized ac was still set to heat. turning off the ac and opening a window wasn't a good solution because of noise and light.

The breakfast was fantastic. I especially liked the ginger shot and prosecco they offered. The wifi connection was flawless. The spa area was also nice, it provided relaxation after a full day of sightseeing.
There was a parking garage one block away that did not belong to the hotel. This was not ideal though it was easy enough to reach.

The hotel is in a GREAT location. It is super close to the main train station. Wenceslas Square is also nearby. I could easily access transportation and attractions.

The staff is SUPER helpful and polite. They accommodated all my questions and requests immediately. The front desk addressed any concerns. I was very impressed with their attentiveness.

The breakfast IS fantastic. The ginger shot and the prosecco are nice extras. The Monkey Bar itself is worth a visit at the weekend brunch. Live music enhances the experience.

The breakfast was excellent! I loved the variety of options, including made-to-order eggs. The service was superb. From check-in to check-out, the staff cared about every detail. Location was convenient near the train station, though a short walk to the center.
The pillows were awful. They felt soft. The room was really hot, though the centralized AC seemed still set to heat, I could not adjust it.

Really good Breakfast and Convenient Location

The breakfast buffet had a wide array of foods with a cook to order menu. The receptionist recommended the ride sharing company Bolt to get around town. Using Bolt was inexpensive, reliable, and efficient... This was a real help. It is clearly visible from the train station entrance and a short walk through a little park.
Nobody helped with luggage.
