excellent breakfastspacious roomgreat toiletries
the breakfast selection was excellent.. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. the room was spacious and very clean with comfortable beds. i also appreciated the great toiletries provided in the bathroom.
the air conditioning seemed to only blow air.

Excellent Stay, Clean Rooms and Great Breakfast

I found the rooms clean. The team members were warm and happy to help me. Breakfast was excellent. It was the best buffet I have had in many years. I enjoyed a really amazing dinner over the Christmas period and compliments to the Chef and Culinary team.
I noticed that the parking is designed for small to medium-sized cars, so larger vehicles might have to seek alternative parking.

huge varietycozy roommodern fixture
The breakfast had a huge variety of foods (I especially liked the pancake machine!). Rooms were clean, tidy, and cozy. The bathrooms were great, equipped with modern fixtures. I requested a quiet room and the hotel provided one not facing the tramways.
The air conditioning in the room seemed ineffective, blowing only cold air despite adjustments.

Metroline is located opposite the hotel. Tramline is also just outside. A supermarket is very close. I found the updated bedrooms clean. All the facilities I needed were available. Breakfast at the right time works for me. Staff are helpful when I emailed and at the front desk.
The hotel bar was missing ingredients for some cocktails.

inadequate solutionair conditioning
i found that the air conditioning system pushed air around. my room temperature reached unacceptable levels, and sleeping became a challenge. despite i complained via whatsapp late at night, resolution only came with morning discussions with reception staff. they indicated the air conditioning predominantly heats, and disabling it was the only cooling method. i find the solution inadequate, especially given the outside noise precluded opening a window.
