i found the self-check-in instructions very clear when i arrived around 8:30 pm. the room had tea, coffee, biscuits, milk, and a bottle of water already supplied. breakfast featured a good range of both continental and cooked options. the staff was very pleasant and helpful .
The cafe was closed on a day i expected it to be open according to the website. This detour was frustrating.

Neel assisted me with handling post. I needed to get some items sent abroad. The place has a lovely, homely feel. It has a cute café and is set in a beautiful location. Scenic walks are nearby (a real plus for nature lovers).
The light switch needed fiddling to stay on or off. I did not mind much (it was easy to fix).
