decent stay with minor issues
friendly staff parking garage included breakfast small window older room high price
the staff proved friendly. a parking garage existed. breakfast was included and provided a decent start to the day.
the room looked older than expected. the window was also small. i felt that the experience was overpriced.

my room was big. it had nice furnishing. the city view from terrace, i liked it. the front desk staff seemed friendly and helpful.
uber can not deliver you to the door. take a taxi if you need transportation.

noisy air conditioning musty smell
the hotel had a decent breakfast included it was fairly standard nothing special but acceptable
the air conditioning unit was quite noisy it made it hard to sleep the room also smelled musty like it had not been properly aired out in a while the staff did not seem particularly concerned when i mentioned this

clean room helpful staff breakfast options
i found my stay quite pleasant. the room offered a view of the alfama district. the staff were helpful, providing assistance with directions. the breakfast buffet had various options, ensuring a good start to the day.
the manager was unwilling to accommodate a late checkout request for my car even though the garage had space at that time. this inflexibility was frustrating since i paid for parking and would have appreciated this small courtesy.
