i found my stay quite pleasant. the room offered a view of the alfama district. the staff were helpful, providing assistance with directions. the breakfast buffet had various options, ensuring a good start to the day.
the manager was unwilling to accommodate a late checkout request for my car even though the garage had space at that time. this inflexibility was frustrating since i paid for parking and would have appreciated this small courtesy.
