lovely setting with superb service
maintained groundsample parkingattentive staff
the grounds are well maintained with fields that house sheep and horses. ample parking is available near a lovely lake. i received a complimentary upgrade to the victoria room . the staff members were attentive professional and courteous during every encounter.
there was a very large cobweb that captured a wasp. the general cleaning was poor and maintenance had several issues.

the hotel features well-kept grounds with fields that have sheep and horses. there is ample parking provided along with a beautiful view of the nearby lake. it is a perfect location for picturesque walks during a sunny afternoon.

the staff arranged travel cots in each bedroom and organised private rooms for dinner. afternoon tea service ensured relaxed and intimate settings. attentiveness toward every guest i observed was friendly and professional. staff are efficient and know how to.

a sumptuous dinner and a huge breakfast were provided. the food was delicious and plentiful . i enjoyed a coach journey booked by the staff to chapel down winery. champagne was available to add to the afternoon tea.

i got an upgrade to the victoria room. bedrooms are big beautiful spaces that are peaceful and quiet. travel cots are arranged for infants. the hotel provides a free upgrade which meant i got to stay in the main house.

We had a wonderful anniversary visit at this place. Our room was a Beautiful Double Room Manor, it was beautiful and had a very comfortable bed. Dinner was delicious, especially the beef wellington on Ella's recommendation.
