super stay!
super clean room modern bathroom friendly staff brasserie food
the location proved advantageous (right by the sea!). my room was super clean with good bed linen and a modern bathroom, so perfect. breakfast was very good, plus, the staff were all super friendly and accommodating! i found the brasserie food enjoyable with prompt service.
the instant coffee sachets in the room weren't really to my taste, i do prefer fresh coffee, though.

my double room included a modern bathroom and really good bed linen. the room was also clean, this contributed to a very relaxed experience. i also had plenty of space for storage.

the staff consistently demonstrated friendliness and were helpful. housekeeping maintained a super clean and cozy room, that definitely contributed positively to my experience. the team really were really nice too.

the breakfast was satisfying with multiple options and prompt service (especially good was the full english!). the hotel brasserie served good meals, plus, the atmosphere was relaxed. i could not fault the overall dining experience.

the entrance hall felt pleasant and airy, it really set a cute tone. plenty of storage was available in my bedroom, plus, the bedside tables and lamps were proper and functional. the sea views enhanced the entire experience.

the location is excellent with pleasant views of the sea (i enjoyed it!). the hotel offered convenient access to nearby attractions, i found this a superb benefit. there is great access to walking into broadstairs.

unclean plates limited coffee
the room WAS large.
the breakfast setup WASN'T great. i found the coffee options limited to sachets. some utensils and plates felt unclean to ME. the cooked breakfast seemed TOO greasy.

sea view quality breakfast helpful staff sauna access
I had a lovely room with a balcony, i could see the sea. the breakfast had good quality ingredients. the staff seemed great and helpful. The sauna was a big plus after a long day of travel.
the stairs were a bit narrow, i did notice that there wasn't any air con.

the hotel is located a short walk from the harbour! the location is near the royal pavilion wetherspoons. it takes approximately ten minutes to walk to the harbour.

a beer garden is available and it includes a bouncy castle for kids. live music is played on friday nights. the hotel has a sauna.

the staff were all lovely and friendly. staff were attentive. the older gentleman couldn't do enough.

I loved the great location with free parking outside. That was super useful. also, the staff were just fantastic, from the reception to the bar staff and catering, a real credit to the place!!!

friendly staff great choice sea view new bathroom
The staff were friendly! Breakfast had lots choice, it's perfect. My room include a balcony with sea views and new bathroom was fitted! Everything was so clean and lovely, they even added special touches.
