the staff were helpful and friendly! breakfast was delicious and it came very quickly. i loved the tea and coffee facilities in the room. lovely toiletries and fresh towels arrived daily.
the blind was broken in my room, no privacy to bathe in the big bathtub next to the window. the room also had a lot of light early in the morning, meaning i woke up earlier than i wanted. i have not heard back from the hotel management after giving feedback.

the room was spacious and comfortable. the shower room was very smart. i found a two-seater sofa inside plus enough space. the bathroom has a large excellent shower.

I found the breakfast to be excellent with many options. The Nespresso coffee machine in the room was a good surprise. The staff addressed my nut allergy with care. They were thoughtful.
Street noise was noticeable from early morning, as the windows were not very soundproof.

The restaurant offers a generous brunch, that includes choices from the menu, a hot drink, and a smoothie. The restaurant provided an really good culinary experience. I tried the lychee margarita. It was delicious.

The hotel is centrally located in town. A wine and jazz bar is very close to the hotel. The Rope Walk car park is available for a reasonable daily rate.

the room has an really good bath. i liked the comfy bed a lot. breakfast were included and it were amazing.
