i loved the central location it made exploring so easy the porters are helpful and friendly providing excellent service the beautiful gardens were a treat offering a peaceful escape and fine views i really appreciated the quiet atmosphere throughout my visit.
the curtains in my room were a bit stuck making them hard to close completely

my standard single room included tea and coffee making facilities plus a thoughtfully designed bathroom it was small yet functional i liked having a desk and quality bedding was provided.

the location is superb placing you right in the city center it is very convenient for accessing key attractions i was able to easily walk to various sites.

the location was central, that was acceptable.
The room itself was such a letdown. the carpet had many stains, a real eyesore. the shower sprayed water everywhere. The entire bathroom floor got soaked because of that. i expect better for the price i paid, seriously.
