the location was good, i could easily access the city center.
The room was smaller than i anticipated. the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space. I struggled to keep my toiletries organized. also, the breakfast buffet offered limited options. I wished for more variety.

I found a lack of attention to detail rather disappointing. the bathroom lacked some toiletries. I expected a higher standard. also, there was a noticeable delay in room service one evening, a considerable wait i found unacceptable. i do hope management addresses these issues , particularly the matter of slow service,

the corkscrew was missing. it seemed odd for such a big hotel.
