A charmed stay!

The staff were friendly and helpful. They really elevated the experience. The hotel offers complimentary trips in their amazing Bentleys parked right outside, WOW! Mike, our chauffeur, made the tour of the nearby villages special with his local knowledge.

The bar choices were a little limited, and the prices felt quite high.

Jorash provided service beyond expectations. The hotel exhibits a warm ambiance. The decor seemed like a traditional English home. I enjoyed the convenient location near the city center. The complimentary espresso machine and tea in my room were a delight.

The TV wasn't hung correctly. It was slightly angled.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. when i checked in, the lady at reception walked me to my room and showed me its features. the room was well-decorated and included a huge bathroom with quality amenities.

the lift was quite slow, and the stairs lacked clear indication , made moving between floors slightly inconvenient.

the location is ideal it is opposite a large open park offering great views. the market hill in the town centre is about a fifteen minute walk and provides access to shops. it is very easy to explore local attractions.

the room's condition was subpar the carpet had a noticeable repair paint was chipped in multiple places and the room generally seemed worn i also found the lack of detailed information in the room inconvenient there were no instructions for the coffee machine and the coffee pods were not labeled making it difficult to differentiate between caffeinated and decaffeinated options

The hotel location is fab. Free bikes were available, and I used them, and I loved cycling around early. Breakfast was ok and the colleges are fairly close.

The room have no heating. Staff give me a small oil radiator.
