Jorash provided service beyond expectations. The hotel exhibits a warm ambiance. The decor seemed like a traditional English home. I enjoyed the convenient location near the city center. The complimentary espresso machine and tea in my room were a delight.
The TV wasn't hung correctly. It was slightly angled.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. when i checked in, the lady at reception walked me to my room and showed me its features. the room was well-decorated and included a huge bathroom with quality amenities.

the location is ideal it is opposite a large open park offering great views. the market hill in the town centre is about a fifteen minute walk and provides access to shops. it is very easy to explore local attractions.

the hotel offers a lovely garden bar area where guests can relax and socialize. there is a quiet garden around the back providing a nothing noisy. a tesla charger is available offering convenience for electric vehicle owners.

my room featured a lovely large space with a great shower and plenty of towels. a bathrobe was also available enhancing comfort. a fridge was included in the room providing added convenience.

the room's condition was subpar the carpet had a noticeable repair paint was chipped in multiple places and the room generally seemed worn i also found the lack of detailed information in the room inconvenient there were no instructions for the coffee machine and the coffee pods were not labeled making it difficult to differentiate between caffeinated and decaffeinated options

The hotel location is fab. Free bikes were available, and I used them, and I loved cycling around early. Breakfast was ok and the colleges are fairly close.
The room have no heating. Staff give me a small oil radiator.
