the hotel was busy, but the service remained good. mr eranga was especially helpful and kind. he helped me with check-in. mr eranga also coordinated a surprise birthday celebration for my wife, including a custom cake. his attention to detail exemplified the hotel's hospitality standards.

the main buffet restaurant offered various options, including western dishes. live music played in the main bar during the evening, there was also a quieter upstairs bar. everyone was friendly and helpful, especially dilum who kept my room super clean and always checked i was happy.
the wifi code given upon arrival did not work, my father in law had to go to reception. it was a long walk for someone at 75 years of age after a 6 hour journey. this was frustrating.

the staff provided friendly service. they promptly addressed requests and maintained cleanliness. the team seemed well-coordinated and aimed to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, i appreciated this.

the hotel offers nice views overlooking the sea. it is close to the beach. the setting is ideal for enjoying the coastal scenery and accessing beach activities, so this is excellent.

the room's cleanliness was inadequate , sand was all over the floor. there were also insects present. additionally , a centipede was in the shower , which was unacceptable.
