lovely stay, some minor hiccups
beautiful room rooftop bar excellent facilities
i booked a super beautiful double room at ward7 57 virticle restaurants. it was very clean. the rooftop bar and infinity pool are cool. watching the sunset over the city was a highlight. the room was very big, with excellent facilities. i think its a great place.
the street noise was a little loud at 6 am. i did have a city view room though. it was not fully soundproof. i could hear the corridor outside.

every staff member greeted everyone with a smile. the housekeeping department went the extra mile to help with our requests. the restaurant staff added love to all of the dishes to produce good food.

the location is ideal, and you are near many well known areas. there are many shops, restaurants, and cafés. transport is easy to arrange. it really is a convenient place.

rooftop bar western food
the rooftop bar offered great snack options. the breakfast included several western food options (i especially liked the omelets).
i found only one plug socket available on my side of the bed.

a wonderful city stay
attentive staff rooftop bar efficient tuk tuk
I found the housekeeping team to be attentive. Amila kept our floor super clean. the rooftop bar staff were great! dylan, the driver, took us on a city tour in the hotel's electric tuk tuk. It was quite efficient. i ate at the rooftop bar twice. The food was beautifully prepared and served to perfection.
i noticed the minibar prices were higher than the nearby cargills supermarket across ward place road.

The hotel's location is quite convenient. It is close to tourist areas. the area feels calm and clean. the hotel is very calm. i observed the hotel to be completely clean.

The rooms have private washers and dryers. This is a great amenity. i saw ironing boards with irons. the rooms are equipped with room service. the house cleaning is thorough. malintha does an excellent job. We appreciated her attention to detail.

The rooftop terrace offers gourmet dining. i had the australian beef tenderloin. It melted in my mouth. my wife enjoyed the baked barramundi. She thought it was perfect! sunil, the f & b manager, checked on all the diners. He recommended the ward seven cocktail.
