The rooftop terrace became my favorite spot, I especially appreciated the fine views it offered. The staff was kind. Their helpfulness definitely enhanced my experience. The hotel's central location made exploring so easy, I could walk to many attractions.
I noticed that the soundproofing could be slightly better as street noise was occasionally audible.

The location is very convenient, right in the middle of the main street. it is next to a metro stop, so that was very helpful. there is a well-stocked grocery store right across the street. Made getting snacks easy.
the room's floor was not cleaned well. during my stay, the room itself, waste, and towels had not been cleaned or changed by staff.

i stayed in a studio with a complete kitchen equipment. a carrefour was across from the hotel, very handy. the studio was very well-equipped with everything needed. there was free coffee available 24/7, a nice touch.
the air conditioning worked erratically at times.

The hotel provided luggage storage. This let me explore more easily before a flight. the proximity to plaça catalunya made transport very easy as all connections are available. the airport bus runs frequently too.

inconvenient cleaningstreet noise
i found the room cleaning schedule quite inconvenient. They didn't clean daily for stays shorter than a week. also, the noise from la rambla was more noticeable than i expected. i thought the soundproofing would be better, but street sounds were audible at night. it made sleeping a little difficult. the room furnishings felt a bit outdated.
