the breakfast buffet had great options and the service felt aesthetic. the location, its close to restaurants and the catalan museum of art, was good. it also close to a few metro stations.

i found this hotel lacking. our room got hot, reaching 80 degrees, and it was evening before someone took it seriously. there were also a corporate group partying near the pool and its killed the serene vibe.

The room was lovely. It was modern and super clean.

The location is inconvenient and outside of the city center. Returning to the hotel at night raised safety concerns (I even thought about taking karate classes!). A taxi driver once got angry when she realized how little she earned from the short trip and insisted on a minimum charge.

my checkout experience was far from smooth. a trainee dismissed my feedback about issues with the front desk and concierge. he argued instead of listening, it was quite unprofessional. this left a bad impression, and i expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber.

The breakfast buffet offered good options. The location is close to the Catalan Museum of Art. The rooftop terrace provided great views.
