the room offered a king size bed i found very comfortable. i appreciated having control of the room lights via the provided ipad. luggage storage was free and very convenient for my travel.
the bathroom lacked a full length mirror.

the location is convenient, near michigan ave which makes access to other places easy.
The room was small. There was no carpet. the tiny fridge barely held anything, and it would not keep items very cold. i asked about it and was told the fridge is automatically regulated.

The breakfast downstairs was tasty. A four dollar latte is a steal. The buffet was twenty dollars and worth the price. There are many places to work. The terrace is a spot to relax, and no staff bothered me. I had a great time with friendly lobby staff.
The room was really clean. my room seemed tiny for everything.

The hotel gym has updated equipment. I saw several treadmills and stationary bikes. The lobby space includes distinct areas for working and relaxing, so guests can be productive or unwind as they prefer.

The king room has an cool design. I could adjust the lighting and temperature. Blackout blinds ensure a dark sleep environment, and the television had streaming services, this make my room a real plus.

non-functioning refrigeratorstrange smell
The refrigerator in the room did not work during my entire stay. i also noticed a strange smell in the room throughout my stay. i contacted the front desk three times to request an air freshener, but i was told that it wasn't allowed due to hotel policy. I found that disappointing.
