i stayed at the hotel for a brief escape. the room had a king bed. it really felt cozy and the smart tv with streaming services really pleased me. the blackout curtains kept out all light.

The in-room ipad controlled everything, and sometimes it was a bit slow to respond. The process could be more streamlined.

i found the staff to be very helpful i especially appreciated the comfortable lobby it was a lovely space to relax in. the hotel also provided complimentary lemon water which i found refreshing. i enjoyed the adjustable brightness of the room lights i could set them to a comfortable level.

the sink was quite small it was sometimes hard to use. i was not able to eat outside food in the lounge it was a strange policy. the in-room ipad was sometimes iffy i experienced some issues with the tv connection.

The hotel has free indoor parking, a big plus. The decor is modern. I appreciated the location because it was very vibrant. The self check-in process was simple. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

The room was somewhat small. This made it difficult to open my luggage fully.

The hotel's location proved convenient. It was easy enough to walk to nearby attractions.

The room felt small for the price, it reminded me of an upmarket sleeping pod, definitely not worth the cost. i found operating the lights, curtains, and tv with the ipad frustrating. It was more trouble than it was worth. to add insult to injury, the bath gel and shampoo were not clearly marked, it was a guessing game every time i showered.
