i liked the cleanliness of the rooms a lot. the hotel offered Aesop products, i adore this brand. the provided snacks was a nice touch and gave a local feeling.
during check in, they informed me they ran out of key cards. this was disappointing. i also noticed there were no hooks in the bathroom for towels, a bit inconvenient.

The staff were very helpful, answering my questions. the hotel's location made it easy. I walked to the new exchange mall and pavilion. breakfast was a tasty delivery straight to my room. i appreciated that so much!
the air conditioning wasn't adjustable in the room. it seemed centralised, so i couldn't get the temperature right. the room was a little too warm, especially at night.

The hotel is decorated beautifully. It really feels unique. there is a coffee bar near reception and a small snack bar is available. parking is accessible and fairly priced. That detail was convenient.

this spot is close to shopping areas. it is convenient for walking. i could just walk to trx pavilion. the hotel is within walking distance of klcc park, which i thought was perfect!

i found enough toiletries in my well-sized room. the staff was excellent and quite helpful. the location is good (i walked 10-15 minutes to shopping malls and restaurants). the architecture has brutalist elements and the interior design is well planned.
internet connectivity was weak . i also experienced a lack of hot water during peak hours (this was a bit inconvenient). the breakfast menu is limited and the space for breakfast is small.
