the location was central. I reached everything so easily. i particularly enjoyed the blackout curtains in my room. They ensured restful sleep. the staff was efficient. They were also pleasant and helpful.
i must say i missed having a hotel bar, though it didn't ruin my time!

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The gym was smaller than I expected (it had only two treadmills). Several pieces of equipment were out of order, it was frustrating. the advertised airport shuttle service was not available . Staff suggested using a taxi, this added unexpected cost and inconvenience to my departure.

The staff was always available. They provided many helpful suggestions for daily plans. They were also helpful with transportation needs. The location allowed quiet evenings. I also found the ease of check in notable. The location had great access to transportation within a block.
My room was not cleaned one day . I complained to the front desk. I was offered a bottle of water as compensation for the inconvenience. This was not an adequate resolution.

The room was spacious and well decorated. It featured very comfortable beds. It looked just like the pictures on the website. There was also a balcony with views.

Breakfast included a fabulous buffet. Staff maintained cleanliness in the dining area. There was a gluten free bakery around the corner. The hotel is next to the train station, so it is easy to get around the area.

The staff was very cute and polite. I was able to store my luggage until my room was ready. The employees are beyond helpful. The staff was always available and helpful.

Excellent Stay Near the Gothic Quarter

The hotel was close to the Gothic Quarter and other attractions. The hotel was clean and gorgeous too. Breakfast included a wide selection and it was easy to find many choices I liked. The location was great for trips to the sea or the city center.
Some channels on the TV were not working. This small issue affected my experience during the evenings. I did not report it to the front desk.

The room had high ceilings and a cosy feel and the shower worked perfectly. There was also a nice balcony to step outside and relax and it was great. The room had very good decor.

The hotel is conveniently located between El Born and Barceloneta. A nearby metro station provides quick transport to various parts of the area. The Ciutadella park and Arc de Triomf are very close by. The hotel is in a fantastic location.

The staff members were enthusiastic and patient when I asked for help with directions. They carefully taught me how to navigate public transportation. The staff helped me with all my questions, giving clear answers so I would not get lost. The service was really good.
