the bathroom size was PERFECT. the bed was very comfy. i did find the sheets very clean, a real plus.

The location is convenient with the metro close by, with access to different parts of the city.
The receptionist lacked friendliness. She insisted my twelve-year-old daughter sign an agreement. (I found this odd, especially since I observed other families not being asked the same.) I felt the customer service could be improved. It shouldn't be assumed that everyone drinks coffee and only uses a Nespresso machine.

i stayed in adjoining rooms with my family. the rooms was refurbished well. the hotel offered access to a professional gym. off street basement parking was convenient. i appreciated the convenient coffee machine provided in the room. the water pressure in the bathroom was adequate. the staff were very kind.
the neighborhood was not very pleasant and there was too much noise from neighbors in the corridor making it difficult to sleep at night due to poor soundproofing.

the hotel features a professional gym equipped with modern equipment for various workout routines it includes treadmills weight machines and dedicated areas for stretching and yoga exercises the gym ensures a comprehensive fitness experience.

the staff provided information on purchasing metro tickets and suggested activities the service was helpful and attentive i found everyone to be kind and willing to assist with any inquiries i had .

the location is near the metro allowing easy access to ifema and sol it is also close to el retiro park a walk less than fifteen minutes the proximity to transportation and the park is excellent.

the gym had many equipment i found acceptable.
i had problems with my room. the beds felt old and not very comfortable, especially one that squeaked really bad. the internet in the room was also very poor.
