amazing location ecological focus airport shuttle refillable bottles
I REALLY loved this hotel! The location was amazing. I could easily walk to many restaurants and shops. The staff helped me arrange an airport shuttle at short notice. I also appreciated the ecological focus, with refillable water bottles available.
The area is hilly, so walking involves some uphill climbs.

fantastic stay close to everything
themed floor friendly staff thoughtful touch
the hotel was beautiful and clean i especially liked the themed decorated floors. the staff was very friendly and helpful offering great service at all times. i got cute pastries upon arrival a very thoughtful touch.

central location friendly staff complimentary refreshments
the location was fantastic. close to everything important. it was easy to walk to many spots. public transport also was nearby for longer distances. i liked that the staff are very attentive. free water and banana bread are available at reception, which i found kind.
the room air con had some limitations. it did not keep the room as cool as i wanted.

Staff members greet with happiness. they address any problems promptly. complimentary luggage storage is possible. My late flight benefited from it. i thought that was a great help for my luggage after checkout.
