The room was a comfortable Double Guest Room. The evening meals in the restaurant was so nice. The food was first class (especially the Scottish dishes!). I found the staff friendly and always polite.
I noticed a slight petrol smell occasionally, likely due to the proximity of the petrol station next to the building.

The hotel is set amid nature, offering scenic views, it is a great spot to stop at the end of a long hike. I even spotted deer near the grounds (what a treat!).

The staff were very cute and friendly. I was happy with the stylish wheelchair accessible bathroom. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection of hot and non-hot options. The views were beautiful. I appreciated waking up to such scenery.
The prices were slightly higher than expected, but the overall experience made it worthwhile.

The room was beautifully decorated and felt traditionally Scottish. The bed was very comfortable and I had no trouble sleeping. The in-room bathroom added to the comfort of the stay, offering enhanced privacy.

the breakfast was acceptable and readily available each morning.
I encountered issues with the room's cleanliness. There was noticeable dust on surfaces. the shower temperature fluctuated drastically. also, the noise from nearby traffic was quite disruptive, particularly during early morning hours.
