excellent stay!
cleanliness roomgenerous towels
the location was superb, and my twin room sea view had a fine view. the breakfast was tasty and very adequate. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the generous size of the towels.

the location was amazing! i found the staff really friendly and helpful with directions, the room had such a great view of the loch and the bar downstairs provided live music one night. i thoroughly enjoyed a continental breakfast that offered more than enough options to start my day.
I did notice some bacteria around the bathroom taps. More frequent cleaning there could help.

the check-in process occurred right at the bar and it was quick. the bartender efficiently managed both check-ins and serving customers, multitasking. he handed over keys after i gave my name.

the hotel enjoys a prime position right on the harbour front, with fine views over the loch. it sits conveniently just 150 yards away from the ferry terminal, with access to ferries. the setting is perfect for exploring the area.

a mixed experience
late noiselimited selection
I found the noise from the pub to be quite disruptive. it went on until late. the breakfast also lacked variety. The selection was limited, and some items were already gone early in the morning..
