i found the staff very helpful and friendly! road bike hire was available on site. i also easily rented a car, and it arrived right on time. the pool facilities were great, and there was a lovely atmosphere.

Parking was available on the street, so convenient. the bus station nearby made it easy to reach places like formentera beach. the hotel is a good walk from town. The bus stop is conveniently right outside the hotel, a great perk!

Amazing Stay, A Super clean and cozy Experience

This hotel is super clean, and very well maintained in all areas. The staff are VERY friendly and professional, particularly at the reception desk. Our room in block 4 overlooked the main pool and featured nice lighting options. It also had a super comfortable bed and sofa.
My only tiny negative was the children's disco every evening. It is a bit repetitive, and the children remain a bit giddy. This was half term, so this is understandable. The disco is only 30 minutes, so a stroll will help if you need peace and quiet.

The food is excellent and varied, and I particularly enjoyed the lunch menu. Numerous outdoor tables are in shady areas, great. The service and food remain excellent, even at lunchtime!!!

There are five pools, and one of them has lots of child-friendly water features. Numerous good solid sunbeds and umbrellas exist. There are also some lawned areas with lovely sea and bay views. The place is really enjoyable.

I found the location to be quite nice. It was away from the main center. there were multiple pools for use and ongoing entertainment. the rooms felt new and modern. This. the on-site restaurant had a diverse buffet selection that i enjoyed.
unfortunately, the night-time entertainment was mainly for very young children. this made the evenings less enjoyable for older kids. it would be better to have entertainment suitable for a wider age range.

the team is excellent. morning yoga and evening entertainment with victor were great. alberto was always ready with my drink as i approached the bar. arslan, the food and beverage manager, had great energy. i hired a road bike and recommend a sports massage from maria to help recovery. the food had great variety.
the children's disco every evening is a bit repetitive. children remain a bit giddy. the disco is only 30 minutes.

Fantastic Stay, Super clean and Spacious

i had a good stay recently the rooms were very spacious with comfortable beds i found the whole hotel clean i especially appreciated the large balcony it was a treat to relax there each evening the staff were kind and cute always happy to answer any questions i had.
i experienced one minor issue finding parking on the street was sometimes challenging especially during peak hours this could be improved with additional parking spaces or a more organized system it was a bit inconvenient when returning late in the evening.
