fantastic stay!

The bike shop staff were amazingly helpful. One assembled my friend's bike, and the other assisted me in selecting my rental. i found the lane swimming pool an awesome facility. the breakfast selection offered plenty, and a table was always available. i also made use of the washing machine, which i appreciated.
I wish there were a few more sunbeds available. Reserving them seemed a bit competitive.

The hotel enjoys a fine location, situated just two blocks away from the beach. It provided a peaceful setting, set slightly back from the immediate hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas.

the reception staff was friendly the welcome was warm and sincere i found the apartment very clean and well maintained the daily cleaning service ensured it stayed immaculate all week i used the gym it had all the equipment i needed for my routine i appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine available for guest use.
i found the pool area quite crowded at times securing a sunbed proved difficult i noticed some guests reserving them early i would have loved more space to relax by the pool i hope they address it.

the breakfast buffet presented a wide selection of fresh options the variety of fruits pastries and hot dishes was amazing i tried the local specialties each morning the restaurant staff was attentive ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

fantastic stay!
excellent breakfastfriendly staff
i felt super relaxed. the staff was so friendly. the setup of the apartment was perfect for me and my family. i totally loved that it was so clean. the cleaners did a wonderful job every day. the breakfast was excellent and the staff remembered us and gave the kids hugs i found that to be a lovely touch. there were plenty of sunbeds at the pool. i also enjoyed that they sent a bottle of bubbly and fruit kebabs with chocolate for my daughter's birthday.

the one-bedroom apartment was well-equipped. it offered sufficient space for luggage and personal items. the room included a balcony with seating for two, i enjoyed using it. a safe was available at no extra charge, a nice plus.
the tv remote in the room required new batteries.

Subpar Experience , Issues Unresolved
broken fridgelimited cleaning
The fridge in my apartment did not close properly. The wooden door was too big and caused it to remain ajar. I contacted the front desk three times about this broken fridge , but nothing was done. They said that once they tell maintenance , it is out of their hands. The staff seemed friendly , however , they never offered to check the room.
