excellent stay with great amenities
outdoor jacuzzihelpful staff
I found the food in the restaurant very good. i particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi and the steam room. Both were outdoors. breakfast was good, and the staff were always very helpful, so i appreciated it.

the room was spacious with a large tv, and i found the facilities to be great. the interiors looked modern. the room also had comfortable beds.

the hotel boasts a modern pool area, kept very clean. the pool is big and seemed very handy for families. i really loved the outdoor jacuzzi and sauna. the gym is well equiped.

the hotel is a bit away from the city centre. however, a bus stop is located right outside the hotel. it only takes about 20 minutes to get to the center by bus, and they run every 30 minutes.

I found the staff kind. Their service really made a difference. the steak sandwich was delicious, a true highlight! i enjoyed late swims because the leisure centre has extended hours.
i noticed the signage from the underground parking was not clear. carrying luggage, i ended up in the gym. it needed a door fob to reach hotel reception. better directions would be welcome.

the bus stop is right outside the hotel for travel into the city. on-site parking is available. the location makes travelling to the beach in salthill and out to connemara easy.

the service was quick and efficient, particularly during dinner in the bar. i was happy with the attentiveness. the room service girls paid attention to details. i was 100% satisfied with the service.
