Average stay with noticeable flaws

reasonable accessuntrained staffloud music
The location was acceptable, providing reasonable access to nearby attractions.
THE breakfast service was subpar. Staff seemed undertrained. A request for a window table was denied initially, yet similar requests were later granted to other guests. Loud music near the speakers added to the unpleasant experience. This impacted my overall satisfaction.

I was disappointed that the staff could not have been more helpful after a long flight. I experienced jet lag and needed assistance. There was no parking available on site, and no apologies were made for this inconvenience.

soft huesbreakfast treat
my room was lovely. the decor felt so romantic with soft hues. the nespresso machine gave me such a treat each morning. breakfast was so affordable, i seemed like i was stealing. so many choices were available and each seemed like a small treasure.
The lights in the room were a tiny puzzle. It took me a moment to find the switch for the bathroom light.

fantastic experience

friendly staffexcellent serviceannoying tv
I found the staff super friendly. i really appreciate the opportunity to stay here. The service was really good. i also enjoyed the food, and the customer service from the front desk was excellent throughout my stay.
The tv was annoying to control. I wish it had a more user-friendly interface.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel features a gym. I saw that it contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes. also, the business center provides computers and printers, i did not use this. the hotel provides free secure car parking.
Location
8/10
The location provides convenient access to various shops and restaurants. I noticed that it is within walking distance. i observed that the hotel is close to a medieval section and the city center, though the parking was expensive!
Dining
10/10
The hotel restaurant offers a breakfast buffet with hot and cold options. I especially enjoyed the option of hot plates made to order. i also had lunch. The view from the restaurant overlooks the river. the restaurant operates until late.
