prompt taxi golf buggy daily variety
The staff was helpful, and I appreciated the prompt taxi service. The provided golf buggy assisted with steep hills. It was a great feature. The breakfast offered variety each day. It was delicious. The room had a nice balcony. It overlooked the sea.

awesome spot!
beautiful view friendly staff delicious food
my room had a great view. the staff were super friendly and helpful. the hotel food tasted good. i really liked the infinity pool overlooking the beach. it was the perfect place for sunsets.
the hill to the room was a bit steep at first, but i got used to it after a few days.

the pool offers very nice views. there is a lift available for going to your block. the hotel provides buggies that take guests around the site. a shuttle goes to the beach every hour.

sewage smell steep hill
The staff proved friendly and helpful. I found them quite accomodating.
I found the lack of maintenance disappointing. The room smelled of sewage, and the noise from other guests was disruptive late at night. Music was loud. The steep hill was a real problem. I really needed a buggy to get around the hotel.

excellent stay with fine views
friendly staff perfect location elevator service
the staff are very friendly. the location is perfect being away from street noises but still close to the main areas. the restaurant provides super service and the breakfast had many options. the elevator service was available 24/7, convenient for getting to higher floors.
the rooms i booked looked older than in the pictures. the furniture looked dated, and some lights were not working, somewhat disappointing.

excellent housekeeping mattress topper clean room missing usb cable car uncomfortable chair
the views from my balcony were fine! the sunsets were just amazing. housekeeping was excellent, when i mentioned the bed was hard, they promptly provided a mattress topper. the room was very super clean and cozy, i slept well.
the hotel needs usb ports, it felt a bit outdated. the cable car broke down regularly, though they sent a golf cart quickly. this transport issue caused some delays. the heavy chair at the desk was uncomfortable and noisy, especially when moved by guests above.

the infinity pool offered a beautiful view of the sunset. the hotel provided a convenient shuttle service to the beach hourly. the room was clean, and housekeeping supplied fresh towels and water daily. the staff's service was excellent, accommodating requests for spicier food.
The hillside location requires walking on steep slopes. Car assistance is necessary.
