I stayed there a few nights. Staff WAS friendly and helpful. They made check-in smooth. The rooftop bar serves food and drinks all day. I found the location VERY prime, close to main attractions. The complimentary cava after check in was a GREAT surprise!

the hotel HAS a central location, very close to key areas and shopping. i walked to many places from HERE, like La Rambla and Gaudi sites. it not sketchy at all and upscale.

my room WAS spacious, clean, and modern, offering all amenities. the room temperature was good. i HAD rituals toiletries, including a razor AND toothbrush. the design was good and comfortable.

the hotel offers professional front desk staff who were nice. the concierge was very helpful and polite. i really appreciated that the staff are friendly and willing to help with directions. EVERYONE was super friendly and knowledgeable.
