mediocre stay, some issues present
outdated room empty fridge
the location right next to the beach was acceptable.
The room was outdated. It reminded me of stepping back into the 70s. there was no drink-making equipment, and the fridge was empty. It was very frustrating. also, a safety deposit box required an extra payment, which seemed unnecessary!

mixed feelings about this hotel.
gym noise thin walls
the location was acceptable with the beach nearby.
the noise was very bad. i could hear everything from the neighbours and the corridors. the gym above the guest rooms was particularly disturbing, it opened at 8am but people started using it at 5am!

really good beachside stay
direct access cute atmosphere entertainment shows
the location offered direct beach access and very nice sea views. The staff was attentive and clearly enjoyed working together creating a cute atmosphere. The entertainment team put on shows every night even as the season ended. I appreciated the effort to decorate for halloween including gifts for the children.
upon arrival late at night no vegetarian snack options were available this was inconvenient after a long day of travel

great location good size pool various food unfriendly staff outdated room empty fridge
the location is great, bus stops were near the hotel. the pool is a good size and clean, i liked it. breakfast and dinner were really good, a lot of varieties were available for any type of food lover.
Our initial impression was one of disappointment. It just got worse and worse over the course of our stay. on arrival the reception staff were unwelcome and unfriendly. the room was outdated and dreary. no drink making equipment was available and the fridge was empty.

professional staff sandy beach old hairdryer tiny space
the staff was always smiling and very professional. the location is right next to a white sandy beach and shallow sea. (perfect for a quick dip!)
i thought the rooms were outdated with an old hairdryer that was dying. bathrooms had tiny space in the sink so i barely could wash my hands there.
