I stayed in a Village Room for several nights. The room had a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The bus stop was just outside the hotel making travel easy.
The minibar wasn't always restocked daily .

I found the entertainment quite enjoyable. The buffet offered a good range, though it became slightly repetitive. i appreciate the availability of various activities, including the winery visit, it was very good. the hotel staff always seemed eager to assist, always offering friendly and cute service.
The main pool surface was rather rough. I ended up with several grazes on my feet. i also observed children needing first aid for similar injuries, maybe pool shoes will prevent that. the pool required a bit of caution.

the Village Suite included a spacious layout with nice decor. i admired the separate living area, it offered additional space. the suite features ample storage, a very handy thing for longer stays.

the hotel IS well connected to nearby towns, which i found useful. the natural surroundings made a peaceful backdrop, away from overcrowded tourist areas. the setting allowed for a relaxing experience.

i thought the all-inclusive option offered good value. the main restaurants provided a varied selection, catering to different tastes. the buffet included themed nights.

I enjoyed the pools. There were about five. They upgraded our room. It was a nice gesture. Multiple activities and games are available on site. This hotel has many things to do for everyone.
The resort seemed overpriced for mixed service quality. Some staff were disinterested, borderline unfriendly. Greetings were rarely returned at breakfast. The buffet's food quality was below average.

The hotel location is great for accessing various island attractions. These attractions include both beaches and mountains. It offered a convenient base to explore the island's diverse landscapes and outdoor activities.

The rooms were very nice and neat. They provided a pleasant environment. Air conditioning had a minimum setting of 20 Celsius. This made it a little warm sometimes.

The gardens and natural setting were lovely. Local buses to nearby towns were regular and reasonably priced. The room services and facilities were adequate. The room cleanliness was acceptable.
Some buildings and pavements needed updating. One day many conference delegates queued at the pool bar as other bars were closed. All-inclusive ended at the 12 pm checkout. I found this surprising considering our late check-in.
