excellent stay in a charming location
friendly hosts lovely facilities good location convenient parking
I appreciated the friendly hosts. They provided a warm welcome. the room had lovely facilities. the location is also good. It is just up the road from town. i found on-site parking to be convenient. The owner even moved his van to create a space for my car when the parking area was full.
The bed was a bit narrow. I had trouble keeping the duvet on.

The single room was quiet and peaceful with ample facilities. i also found it lovely to sit outside with a mug of tea in the morning. The rooms were well kept and perfect for a relaxing stay.

amazing stay at this place!
clean room comfy bed lovely bedding great tv
i found the room very clean , and the bed was super comfy. the bedding felt really lovely! there were plenty of complementary toiletries , which i always appreciate. the tv was great , with a good range of channels to catch up on.
honestly , i found only one very minor issue, the brown toilet roll , it just felt a bit out of place with the otherwise excellent standards.

the room had a fridge stocked with tea, coffee, uht milk, and biscuits. the bathroom also included a good selection of toiletries (thoughtful touch!).
The website's photos gave me different expectations. The room was not in the main building.

a perfect night's dream..
warm welcome local information short walk
the welcome was warm and i found a generous book filled with local information.. it listed things to do. i decided to try the restaurant, refa, and had a tasty dinner. i appreciated being just a short walk to the town square..
the absence of breakfast, even a simple cereal and toast option, was inconvenient..
