The staff helped carry my suitcase. The room was clean. I loved the modern bathroom with a shower. The fluffy white towels and toiletries were great! The bed had crisp white sheets, so comfy! The meals were delicious. I am so glad I ate there. The garden is nice. You can sit and enjoy your drinks.
The bar seemed busy.

the staff were very friendly and polite upon arrival. they even insisted on carrying my suitcase from the car to my room. the room was a good size and clean. the bathroom was modern and included fluffy white towels (a small detail i appreciate) and toiletries.
The shower plug was a little blocked. The shower tray filled with water slightly.

the bar had great service when i arrived, and the restaurant seemed fantastic, though i didnt try it.
The tv was a problem. It only had channels 1 and 2. other channels didnt work well or had lines. also, i had zero internet connection and the login info they provided did not work. it was very annoying.

the staff were friendly i think they tried their best to make up for issues.
my double room wasn't very clean there were many cobwebs i noticed in the corners it was pretty dusty too the shower area seemed like it hadn't been cleaned well in a while i saw stains around the surround i really expected better cleanliness.
