fine view helpful staff peaceful location
The hotel offers a fine view from the terrace. Staff were indeed helpful, especially John, he was always available to assist. The hotel location is peaceful. The room was clean upon arrival.
Breakfast included only basic items. Ordering omelets required extra payment. This felt unexpected for the price.

unwelcoming staff extra payment
The breakfast was acceptable. It had a sufficient variety of items.
The staff weren't very cute at reception, it seemed like everything i asked for was a huge problem. the spa isn't part of the hotel, this wasn't clear and meant robes couldn't be worn to the beach. we booked massages but then had to pay an extra €25 to use the pool and sauna. It's unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. I was very frustrated.

a fairly decent experience
convenient location relaxing setting old furniture limited amenities
the location was convenient to the train station. a view overlooking the bay was available from my room. this made for a relaxing setting.
The furniture in my room seemed old. the mattress felt quite hard. i also noted the limited bathroom amenities. It was just a 2-in-1 shampoo and body gel.

Excellent Location and Service
bay view relaxing spa breakfast buffet
The hotel boasts a great location near the train station and overlooks the bay. I also spent time at Le Tamerici spa. It was very relaxing. Breakfast took place in the main restaurant with a lovely view and a delicious buffet with champagne.
I was a little disappointed by the additional charge for beach chair and towels. I paid 16 Euros per person.
