expensive beach access harsh response
The beach access was not as expected. i thought i would get a good discount but it ended up costing $40 a day. Towels weren't even included! they wanted an extra $6 per towel, and i couldn't even use the ones from my room. also, my flight got delayed, and i missed the first night. i emailed asking for a small refund, but they just said no. It felt a bit harsh.

great LOCATION NEAR EVERYTHING
beach promenade train station comfortable bed
location IS ideal right on the beach promenade! i appreciate quick access to the train station. rooms are perfect size with comfortable beds and bathrooms. We would 100% stay here again because everything was perfect.
i asked my friend to come up to my room for a couple of items. the OWNER stopped us from going up and said only guests are allowed in the room. i have never experienced that, but we obliged.

Breakfast had nice options. You could eat right there. the tables were right by the beach and wonderful to sit at. tables were empty except when staff used them for smoking.

The hotel sits across the promenade. So easy to access beach. its location is mostly a pedestrian street, that is close to the beach. it is easy to walk to the town center.

Rooms are of reasonable size and clean. our rooms did not have beach view. But had private patios. The hotel has lift. Rooms include comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.

front DESK was awesome and staff was friendly. staff were excellent very cute and accommodating. They talk our bags and were able to give us an early check in.

Fantastic Beachfront Location!
accommodating staff beachfront access great patience convenient location
All staffs were wonderful! They were accommodating and showed so much patience. The location could not be better. The beach is just steps away. I really appreciated that the hotel is very close to restaurants and shops.
The elevator was a bit slow sometimes, especially during peak hours.

The hotel has an excellent location right on the beach. It is very close to the train station. The hotel is also near the old town, very easy to explore.

The staffs was helpful and friendly. They provide useful information. The cleaning service is very good. My room was always super clean. The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness.
