weak orange juice early hammering
i found some issues . the orange juice at breakfast WAS weak, very watered down. they were doing work on the sixth floor with hammering early in the morning. executive rooms have heavy curtains, BUT they let too much light.

clean hotel friendly staff helpful information
the hotel was clean and organized. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. information packs included historical details and helpful information for everything inside and outside the hotel. breakfast had a beautiful selection.
i found it odd that there were no usb sockets for charging phones in the room. this meant i needed to use an adapter for my devices. it was a small inconvenience .

the suite was spacious and well kept with daily cleaning, and we cherished the turndown service each evening. its design ensured comfort, something we both appreciate a lot! we found the rooftop pool to be a lovely escape. the concierge services were helpful in arranging transport.
the gym equipment looked slightly worn.

helpful janos huge variety friendly staff
janos helped me with my bags and showed me my beautiful double room. he explained the transport systems, very helpful! breakfast had a huge variety. every staff member i met was friendly.
the hotel was not worth it even remotely, and the rooms felt plasticky. the shower was clogged.

The breakfast offered many choices and good quality food. All staff were very friendly. They were professional and nothing was too much trouble. The room was modern and clean.
The room was nice, however, the view could be better. The location is not where the action is. I would prefer to be closer to the Danube River. I'll add more at the end of our stay.

The location was convenient for public transport. I also found several nice restaurants and bars nearby, a plus. Breakfast included fried eggs and omelettes made to order. The hotel was quiet and felt safe with 24-hour reception.
The gym hours were limited, a minor inconvenience.

friendly staff clean hotel small room weak air conditioning
the hotel is in a lively area with many shops nearby. the staff was very friendly, it was a very clean hotel.
the air conditioning did not cool the room. the rooms were fairly small for the price i paid.
