great location, functional space
attentive staff good location
the front desk staff were attentive and stored my luggage with no problem after checkout. i also liked that the hotel is very close to the tube station. i used the elizabeth line to go directly to the airport.
i thought the room was a little small. i would have preferred a larger room.

amazing stay!
comfortable bed quality body
The bed felt huge and was super comfortable, a total dream! the air conditioning kept the room perfect, it was so nice to relax. i loved the wet room shower, complete with quality body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Reminded me of a spa experience.
The first night, i needed extra towels and waited for what seemed like forever. An hour and a half is too long!

The staff were professional. They were also friendly and very helpful, always willing to assist. the hotel staff was very easy to reach anytime, a definite bonus, so all requests were easily facilitated, a great plus.

Breakfast included pancakes that were divine, i loved the taste. the food tasted awesome and was lovely. They cooked it perfectly and it was well seasoned! i am looking forward to tasting the dinner on my next visit.

The rooms had yoga mats. This was very handy for my morning stretches. the fourth-floor terrace offered awesome views of the skyline. tea and coffee are complimentary on every floor. That's a very nice touch!

East End Gem!
clean room convenient location
Staff was super accommodating! The room was very clean and the bed, so comfortable. I found the location really convenient for exploring the area, close to transportation.
I did notice that the sound insulation wasn't the best, and I could hear some street noise. This did affect my sleep a bit. I did ask if something could be done but I did'nt receive solution.

Customer service was really good! The staff were always helpful. They also gave extra special touches in the room. Adnan and Olena at reception were particularly awesome.
