parking fees noisy floorboards
I was really annoyed because i had to pay for parking! also, i was on the ground floor and every time someone walked past my door, the floorboards were so noisy! it made it really hard to relax. The noise was frustrating!!!

small room shower temperature
the location was acceptable for gatwick access.
The room allocated was quite small. furthermore, the shower temperature was nearly impossible to regulate. It was either too hot or too cold. this.

efficient shuttle warm atmosphere clean room
I stayed one night and found the shuttle service very efficient. it operates to and from gatwick around the clock. I used it at 6am. the rooms provide a warm atmosphere and are well decorated and clean.
the room was small and i had never seen a room quite so small.

Convenient Stay Near Gatwick
airport shuttle friendly staff
I found the room clean. The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport and the staff were friendly. I also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant there was a good choice and it was very hot and tasty.
My room was very hot. It was apparently over the boiler and there was no air conditioning available making sleep difficult.

the hotel is very close to the airport. the staff provided excellent service. the full english breakfast was served hot (i really enjoyed it).
