The room provided a regal space with a comfortable king bed. i was greeted with chocolates and a complimentary bottle of wine. the bathroom was excellent. I appreciated the rainfall shower and separate sinks.
the rooftop bar felt detached from the hotel experience.

excellent location priced meal
The location was superb. it was very convenient to arrive from kings cross, next to the underground, and the room was excellent. i enjoyed a beautiful meal in the hotel restaurant. It was priced well.

convenient location diverse food unbeatable location
The location is unbeatable. i was right next to the aldgate station. It was unbelievably convenient. lots of diverse food options were just across the street, a real treat. tesco mart is also conveniently close, only about a 5-minute walk away.
the air conditioning wasn't working perfectly.

the hotel is next to a tube line and easily accessible. the staff was friendly and helpful. the room had a comfortable bed and everything was functional. i was upgraded to a room with a great view upon arrival.
one lift was out of service at times causing delays
