friendly stafflovely gesturescreen mirroring
The staff was attentive to every request. I was offered a complimentary drink at the bar upon arrival and it was a lovely gesture. The television had screen mirroring capabilities. I could stream content easily from my phone.
The gym could have benefited from additional equipment. I noticed it had limited options.

The air conditioning worked quite well. A major relief, given how warm it was outside. i appreciated that.
the staff seemed a little condescending, honestly. someone asked if it was my first time even though i've stayed there before. the in-room dining wasn't good at all!!!

I stayed in a beautiful double room. the room offered ample space. It accommodated two large suitcases easily. the housekeeping was really good. My room remained consistently super clean and cozy.
I requested access to the outside seating area multiple times. I did not get access despite my requests.

The superior double room was well-equipped with modern amenities like a nespresso machine. It made mornings so much easier. the bathroom included underfloor heating. This was definitely a plus!
the in-room dining menu was somewhat limited though. but it was still manageable!

The beds were very comfortable. A good choice for breakfast was available.
I was annoyed to be disturbed a couple of times during the day. I had left the no entry sign on. my partner told the staff i was unwell. They still bothered me.

i found the staff cute! the room was clean and quiet. i thought the room felt spacious, and the modern bathroom with underfloor heating was a great bonus.
The room was a bit dark. It didn't have a lot of natural light, though, i'd definitely stay there again!
